Light hold, sand sock in your non dominant hand supporting under the stock. Your dominant hand very loosely around the grip. The less you touch it the better. Be sure to sight in your scope while shooting this way too! I've heard some pretty weird stories about people sighting their guns in from a vise... needless to say your shooting position will never equal a vise.
