You can always try. Best of luck because the plastic stock is flexible and most epoxy is hard and will crack/chip after repeated firings.
 
I have never seen epoxy stick to a RamLine stock. But it will tighten up the fit in the recoil lug area. That is about all you are going to achieve with the RamLine stock.
 


You can add short drill holes at different angles too. That way the epoxy can mechanically lock to the plastic.

I did this with a model seven injection molded stock and added an aluminum bar in the forend to stiffen it. Seems to have worked - the gun shoots better than I do and the stock doesn't contact the barrel even when I sling up.
