Bedding Browning BAR

Has anyone ever glass bedded a Browning BAR?

My 12 year old daughter has one in a 30-06 with the BOSS. It is very accurate. One problem she can't hold it steady so I have a bipod that goes on the sling swivel. The gun shoots very good groups with and without the bipod. Only thing is it shoots 5" higher with the bipod! I'm thinking if I bed the forearm it may help.

Any one have any ideas?

Honestly, if it was mine I'd leave it alone. Even bedded I'd bet the POI would be still different off the bipod. John

I'm not sure the term "bed" could be applied to a rifle with a two piece stock. Bedding is to secure the receiver in the stock, and the BAR isn't in a stock.
