Bean Field Rifles - Maker?

I think that Kenny Jarret is credited with developing the "Beanfield" rifle. Here's his web site:

I'm thinking though, that an off the rack Remington Sendero would be plenty good for much less than a custom rifle.

Thanks. Kenny Jarret was the name I was looking for. My son is wanting a super accurate custom rifle. He wants something he can play with at 800 - 1000yards. It isn't to be a hunting rifle. Just a toy.
