Beadblast pics?

Anyone had their revolvers beadblasted with pics to share? I love this look and may do it over the winter to my beloved SP DAO.

I had this M28, which was pitted and rusted, bead blasted and blued by a friend.

Wow... I didn't know you could do both. What's the advantage of beadblasting before rebluing? I thought you couldn't beadblast anything but stainless.

Heres my GP.Its been blasted and jeweled.You can blast anything.I belive GunsnRovers blued his after because the carbon would rust after the bluing was removed.I could be wrong though.

You can beadblast stainless with no additional work needed.

When the above pistol was beadblasted, it had to be reblued/refinished afterwards. Bead blueing allowed me to skip the expensive step of polishing which the pistol would have needed a lot of it I wanted it to have a traditional bright polished blue finish it originally had.

Just wanted to say those finishes look great..the only thing I've bead blasted is plate metal for a project I was working on in college.
