Bayou 45 colt bullets in 454

Has anyone Evers shot their 45 colt hi tech bullets in a 454. They do have decent prices at the time.

I have used Bayou coated bullets in both 44 mag and a 454 Casull BFR. I ordered the 45 ACP 255 gr RN, which is really a conical tipped semi-wadcutter. With Bayou you can specify bullet diameter, and I ordered them in .454 diameter. they shoot beautifully in my BFR, highly recommended.

Slug your bore before ordering. Get them 0.001" over for seating into the lands and 0.002" over for having some bullet jump.

Bore slugged a tad over .450. I’m thinking a .452 should be good. I think I’m just going to download some 460 brass to keep from damaging the throat in the barrel. TC says it’s OK but I have my doubts.
