Battery Question ???

No idea on those but look at ebay I bought a new cell phone battery there that is OEM for about 10 cents on the dollar of what the local Verizon store wanted.
 
LA Police gear use to sell like 20 for $20. That was a steal and they keep for like 12 years or something.
 
If you go to Google and search for "bulk 123 batteries", you'll find many links for them. I don't use them any more (having settled on rechargable NiMH AAs instead), so that's about the best advice I can give you.
 
I will second cheap batteries.com. I just got 4 123 lithiums plus a charger for somewhere around $25.
 
Never mind my link -- madmag's link is better. I like the rechargable lithium-ion rechargables and charger. Could save you big bucks in the long run.
 
One little secret. If you don't want to mail order, the next best place to buy 123's is your local gun shop. Not the big sporting goods stores, but just small local gun stores. Especially gun stores that cater to police. Not as cheap as some of the links listed above...but a lot less than normal commercial stores.
