I just purchased a Tasco ProPoint 3. It came with two batteries (2032s I think). Anyway, I popped them both in right away and it worked fine. The, later, I got around to reading the manual, which clearly says that it uses one battery. So I took one out, but then the scope didn't work and sounded like the single battery was loose. So I put the second one back and was back in business. I'm 90% sure that the manual is wrong (maybe this applied to other ProPoint scopes), but could someone confirm that the PDP3 is supposed to use two batteries rather than one? Thanks.
