BATF Abuses Continue!!!

The BATF has decided to continue abusing gun dealers and gun owners. Apparently the government agency believes it has a right to make endless requests upon dealers, while paying special "home visits" to gun buyers. News at the "shooter" icon at:

What kind of bozo swings open the door of their home and starts answering questions from BATF agents? They can ask questions from the other side of a closed door, they want it open they can get a warrant.

By the way the former president of Colt that supported the federal registration was fired in Sept of 1997, over three years ago. I also fail to see why a reduction in firearms production and laying off workers is justification for a boycott of Colt. They made no agreement with HUD to be removed from any lawsuits.
 
Is there a link to a story, or maybe we could get someone who has received one of those letters to post it on the web?
 
OH MY G-D, it just hit me... I'm a prime suspect for the batf... I smoke (tobacco), I drink (alcohol) and I *use* to own firearms. I'm the poster child of their "enemy number one".

And I thought all the above were legal products.. well it goes to show how stupid my thought process has become*.

*probably due to too much alcohol and tobacco.

** I still ask.. why the HELL do we have an agency to oversee legal products? Could it be due to the TAX they wish to enforce. As any government agency will tell you, "It's legal, as long as you pay a tax on it"....
