ATF VIOLATES FEDERAL JUDGE’S ORDER?

Blocks Maadi-Griffin Business Before Court Ruling?

Intercepting mail??
by Angel Shamaya
Executive Director http://www.KeepAndBearArms.com

Just when Bob Stewart of Maadi-Griffin thought he'd seen it all, the BATF appears to take yet another step beyond their jurisdiction. In direct defiance of a federal judge's ruling, it seems the BATF agents have ordered the U.S. Post Office not to ship Mr. Stewart's rifle kits.

The Stewarts were given the news when they went to ship 3 kits on Tuesday afternoon at
the main post office in Mesa, Arizona. "We've been ordered not to ship your kits," said the postal employee. They refused to admit that BATF gave the order, saying, "we can't talk about it," but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

Who else could have given that order? Mesa Police? Overriding the court order of a federal judge? We'll see. Though possible, this stinks like BATF.

The Stewarts also firmly believe that the power-abusive federal agency is intercepting all mail addressed to Maadi-Griffin. (All personal mail was let through.) The day after BATF's "expert" Chief of Firearms Technology,
Curtis Bartlett, failed to prove his claim that the kit is a firearm, Maadi-Griffin's mail went from a large daily stack to zero.
<snip>

Are you guys getting the picture here?

Note that althought the rifle raffle is going to a separate mail box (and www.paypal.com) unassociated with the Stewarts, some other funds from people trying to give the Stewarts money directly for their legal defense is then being intercepted by the Federal government.

Let us re-read the Declaration of Independence, particularly the list of grievances, shall we?

This is the stuff that wars are made of. I can't believe the audacity and plain old treachery and tyranny of the BATF. Why are we not marching out there by the thousands right now?

I agree. This is totaly out of line and must come to an end. They have been harassing and killing people with thier nazi-like tactics for too long.

Others (not me, but I see it as possiable) have predicted that when the revolution starts, the BATF will be the first group shot to ribbons.

George, they ARE the law, and as such are exempt.

BTW and FYI: word in Colorado Springs is that all local Federales -ATF, FBI, DEA, IRS, etc- will be moving into one building Real Soon Now. I seem to recall from my military days that putting all the brass in one hooch is tactically unsound.

Because most of us have jobs, limited funds, and a family to feed ... it's too expensive to take time off for civic duties.

That's my excuse, anyway. Bet yours is similar.

How in the world did our Founding Fathers find the dough to start a revolution? Never mind the cojones it took, where'd the dough come from?

Marching by the thousands isn't what's needed here.

What's needed is for a notary of the public to go down to the post office with Bob and watch him try and mail something...and then write up a formal declaration for the Judge.

I really, REALLY hope they're making efforts to prove the violation of the Judge's order prior to the next hearing, which is what, the 12th or 13th? Not much time!

Best case situation, the Judge gets pissed and starts ordering postal people to cough up who gave the orders, and slaps 'em in chains.

The next hearing, purportedly to discuss whether the Model 89 kit is indeed a kit and not 'readily convertable', is tomorrow, Thursday, July 13th at 10:30am in the Federal building in downtown Phoenix on the SW corner of VanBuren and 1st Ave. Judge Anderson. Court room #5001 (or similar).

We will be there, will any of you Zonies show up?

Rick

Ps, I am glad you guys are getting informed and getting pissed. Now, focus that energy and go do some good.

Maybe this is something that the Arizona Militia should look into. (If there are any left after that "viper militia" fiasco.)
(on a side note, didn't a few of them manage to blow themselves up?)

The ATF needs a pause so that the new. They are clearly out of control. Jimmy Wooten, the Assistant Director for Firearms, Explosives and Arson, needs to realise he needs to re-gain positive control of his department before someone or some group does it for him.

As for who is the Law Enforcement for the Law Enforcers? We are. The people. The militia. They exist and act only as long as we allow them to... Or do you need to see The Patriot at "Declatation of Independance point" again? :D :D

The Administrative branch is supposed to police the police at the Federal level.

Now lets see, who is the head of the Administrative branch? Oh yeah! Clinton! She, oops! He has lots of respect for the law, doesn't he?

It all comes from the top. WE NEED TO CHANGE WHAT IS AT THE TOP!

The "infamous" "Viper Militia" was just a bunch of guys who like to go to the desert talk politics and shoot targets. They were "sooo dangerous' that Arizona state police (DPS) refused to waste time investigating them. It was the BATF who got into it as they fanagled hiring two of their informants at "Shooters World" where one of the VM worked.

The instigating began soon after.

They video taped a few bucket-sized ammonium nitrate firecrackers in the desert and had one of the group (who was given the boot) go around town video taping building which could be blown up in the event of hostilities. He was a real weirdo. They should have destroyed the tape...and they were going to. They gave it to one of their members to destroy. He happened to be the BATF agent.

"Maybe this is something that the Arizona Militia should look into."

There is no organized-unorganized militia in Arizona. Just a bunch of work-a-day guys and gals who print flyers on the weekends and take long lunch hours every now and again.

I job is to take advantage of the government's own thuggish behavior to 1) inspire us into action which will serve to 2) educate the sheeple as to what is going on around them.

You would be surprised how many people haven't heard of this, and some of them are on .50BMG lists.

Rick

BTW, the Scottsdale Militia has selected the 7 iron as its official weapon ... ;)

For those planning on attending the hearing, it is less brain damage if you leave pepper spray and pocket knives in your vehicle. And, firearms are verbotem.

Regards from AZ

PAX - That is my excuse too and I feel damn sh!tty about it.

I think the BATF need to go on an old Navy ship that is about to be retired and follow it to the bottom.

It came from them. That's why a number of them died poor and desolate, and why many of their families lived in poor houses after the Revolution.

It came from a little phrase:

"...we pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."

And they meant it.

Some of us still mean it today. I hope that the folks in D.C. recognize that before it's too late.
