I ORDERED A STAINLESS STEAL BARREL FOR MY REM 700. THE ACTION IS MATTE FINISH. dOES ANY ONE KNOW THE BEST FINISH TO PUT ON THE BARREL TO GO WITH THE RECIEVER. AND WHER IS A GOOD PLACE TO SEND IT TO BE INSTALLED AND ACURIZED AND RE FINISHED? THANKS J
 
Jeffly, about 9 times out of 10 there will have to be some visible machine work on a new bbl. What I do with stainless guns is bead blast the complete rifle after all the work is done so that everything matches. Another option might be teflon. I'd be happy to do the whole job for you.
