BBL. cut&crown
Dear Sir:
I've been in your shoes probably 100 times.
Cut with a fine tooth hacksaw behind what you want to be your final length to be as square as you can.
With a square get the muzzle flat - fi the bbl is tapered you'll need to see the same light under the square the same all around.
Then with a hand drill and a good countersink put two layers of denim under the teeth and on the flat muzzle of gun. Crank slow - if chatter add another piece of denim! Cut your countersink and then take a brass rod ground at an angle coat with some fine valve grinding compound till it looks good - you don't need a lath!
