Same guy for sleeving a low power (.22, .32-20, etc.) rifle barrel.
For high power rifles, sleeving/lining is not really possible the same way, as the thin liners don't stand up to the pressure and you get irregularities in the bore. The original barrel can be drilled to a shell and a new barrel turned and installed, but that gets salty. Reboring/rerifling to a larger caliber is the better choice if possible.
