barrel adapter?

Does anyone know where I can buy an adapter that will slide on the end of my 22 mag so I can screw a suppressor onto it. I really dont want to thread the end of my barrel. If anyone knows of a company who sells them or an idea on how to make my own that would be great. Thanks I'm new to this forum

Sounds like there's an idea there that would be worth tinkering with.
The issues, it seems to me, are securing the adapter to the barrel and maintaining alignment. Just sliding it on will not work, the pressure of firing will blow it off the gun.
A set screw? Hmmm. Damage to the barrel. Set screw and gasket? Maybe.
Maybe you could make a prototype and have a market - if no one has done it already.
