Barnes 285 TSX in 338 RUM

Does any one have any data for the 285gr Barnes TSX BT in 338 RUM using retumbo?

I would email Barnes and ask them. They have always been responsive to my questions about load data.

Thanks, I did give them a call, and they sent me some data. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything with that bullet with retumbo.

Well, I did a ton of comparing and calculating, three different ways.

I came up the the following load ranges

77-83.2
77.5-86
78.5-83.5

I loaded 2 up at 77.5 and we will see what happens Saturday.

I am expecting around 2400 fps with this load.

77.5 grains shot great, low recoil and pretty good velocity. It's 40 degrees and raining. The two rounds chronoed at 2335 and 2317 fps.
