BAR Safari Help Needed

I have a Browning BAR Safari Mk II .270 that has always had a problem with ejecting the shell of the 3rd round fired. For a long time it was the 3rd shell now it's either the 1st or the 3rd.

I have a feeling that it's the extractor claw spring but what I'd also like to be able to do is pull the bolt out of the rifle and give it a nice good cleaning. But my problem is I have no idea how to do this. It doesn't seem as easy as the M16. SAW and bolt action rifles I'm use to.

So if any one could point me in the direction of a manual or a how-to that'd be a lot of help, thanks.
