Has anyone done any business with this company? I placed an order with them 10 days ago and, other than an order confirmation, I have yet to hear from them. Sent them a request for an update on my order but have yet to get a response. Just wondering if anyone here has any experience with them.

I imagine they been off for thanksgiving and then the weekend. We have to remember the post has also been down for a couple of those days too. Maybe you get an answer come Monday.
