Are you referring to the Russian commercial version of the Makarov with the adjustable rear sight? It's a Makarov and therefore a very good, reliable piece. No longer imported due to our former president. Few new ones around so price has gone up,$200 tops retail.
Also look for Bulgarian or EG military surplus.
