Bad news for now. Zogby has Gore up 3

Gore will get really dirty and the media will push as hard as needed to get him elected. I don't know if Bush is tough enough, or smart enough to win this one. I can't imagine the next eight years with Gore. I think that the transition to pure Socialist big government will be permanently in place. What's a Libertarian to do?

For now, a Libertarian should vote for Bush for President and vote Libertarian in other races. JMHO. Either Bush or Gore will win. You get to decide which one.

I didn't see this on the Zogby website.

I wouldn't bet he falls back ever. Gore has a better than 50% chance of winning this thing. Witness that so many "swing" voters "bounce" from one candidate to another based on which convention is on thier TV. If people are that easily media-influenced they're too stupid to vote, but there they'll be at the voting booth on election day.

And ya'll forget about the McDonalds Factor. People lie. They'll say they hate Clinton and they're tired of his nonsense. Then they'll go and vote for his lackey succesor because he's promising them free prescription meds and he'll "save social security" and protect them from the evil rich. This is a time tested strategy for the Dems and will probably work.

Jack,

I saw it at Zogby.com just now. Bush can win.

If your idea were correct, we would have had more than 2 Demo Presidents in the last 30 years. BTW, both of them aren't well thought of.

just put up a yard sign and download GW Bush wall paper for you computer at home and at work. I've been able to give away 6 yard signs and 12 magnent bumper stickers doing that.

I read in the L.A. Times this weekend that this election's "swing vote" is the white working class family (working class being "blue collar") as opposed to Clinton's "soccer moms." If this be the case that particular segment of our society represents a substantial number of gun owners. If they get the message about their potential loss of civil liberty under a Gore administration's gutting of the 2nd Amendment, Dubya just might make it. It's gonna be close, however. Definitely vote and vote Bush!

PKAY & others,

I just had 3 people join the NRA in the past week. One says he may have 4 other friends who will join.
