back pack question

can any one recomend a high quality back pack that is geared towards joggers ?
not too big,just need enough room for some boots and work clothes etc.
I plan on jogging a few miles to work in the morning since its cooling off a bit.
The last one I used was not suited for my purpose and it moved around to much.

I'd recommend a Camelbak. They have several models that should have enough room for your clothes and boots. Plus, they give you a built in water supply. They have sternum and in some models, waist straps to minimize shifting.
