"Baby" Desert Eagle .45 ACP

I saw one of these yesterday, mint condition, two mags, for $400. All steel, and built like a tank, and manufactured by IWI (Israeli Weapons Industries). Does anyone have one? I would be a little concerned with parts availability. Thanks for your help.
 
A friend is looking for IWI's recently released .45acp "compact" Baby DE model - all steel, holds 10-rds, and now comes with a frame-mounted thumb-safety for C&L carry (1911-style).

I had one About 10 years ago and had trouble with the firing pin. Mag Research refused to send me a pin and i needed to send the gun to them. After shipping and fees and the 10 dollar pin, it cost 130 dollar's . I got the gun back and sold it 1st unreliable 2nd poor customer service .
