Baby Browning Value?

A friend of mine has a pre-1959 blued Baby Browning he's looking to sell to help fund another gun purchase. Pistol is about 90% with only slight wear of the blueing, mostly at the muzzle end (apparently from holster carry), and a few very minor scratches. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the pouch that was included with the gun. Anyone have a rough ballpark figure of what he should ask for it?

Maby around $300 retail. Tough call. Depends on local market and actual condition.........AND how badly a buyer wants it.

I have a blue one that is about 80% that I paid $165 for. In 90% with no pouch it is a shooter and would have little collector value. I wouldn't give over $260 for it and would really be happier in the $225 range.
 
Those prices are right in line, a 90% BB shouldn't be much over $200, and that's the retail price. If I were buying one in that condition, I think I'd start bargaining at the $150 level and go from there.
