You guys are something else! Where else than TFL can an dyed in the wool M14/M1A person come to grips with the M16/AR15 concept! With the help of many a friend here I have come up with this.

Thank you to George and Jim for their personal input just to keep me going and really appreciate the knowledege that I have gained from the input of the rest, or I should say,The Best!!!

VERY nice AR-15T. What make is it? And is that a 5 shot group? I hope my spare bedroom (the one with the vault door:)) looks like the background in that picture some day.

Is that a surfboard fin I see on the wall? Now if you said you also rode Motocross we would have 3 sports in common.

Nice collection!!

This is a rig that was made up of some pieces and parts.
The lower is a Bushmaster with an Accuracy Speaks trigger and hammer {Still working out some quirks there} I am not sure about the upper but I suspect it is a Bushmaster as I know that the barrel is a Bushmaster that was once 24" and
1:9 twist. The barrel was a pre ban and the lower was not so I cut off the threaded portion and recrowned it. Used Smith's bolt and carrier. The rings are Leupold and the scope is one of those Tasco 10 powers you guys have been hollering about and it shows good value for the money so far.
Surfboard fin is from a ways back when boards were 7' long and only had one fin. I did some surfing back in my Navy days.
Yes, that was a five shot group using Federal Match 69 gr.
It was a fun project and I appreciate the words of wisdom and advise given by fellow TFL ers :D
