Bought a "no smithing" mount for my N-frame, made by B-square. The rear mount was bent somewhat, and wouldn't allow me to seat it fully. I emailed the company, and they wrote back promptly, and said they would send a replacement, and if anything else was wrong they would happily replace that too. They also gave me a couple of hints not mentioned in the direction sheet included. Three days later it was in the mail. Just wanted to let someone know that they backed up their goods. Dan
