I have the AWC MK9 on my Uzi, or rather I am waiting for ATF to approve the paperwork on it. I've heard it shot through and it was amazingly quiet, the loudest noise was the bullet hitting the phonebook we used as a target.
As far as big names go, and I am no expert, I'd say it's AWC and Gemtech.
