H Handy Moderator Nov 17, 2004 #4 Then what kind of forward gripped gun requires a "Destructive Device" $5 tax stamp?
D Destructo6 New member Nov 17, 2004 #5 IIRC, the Destructive Device shotguns are very specific, like the Striker-12 and Street Sweeper. Something like the Serbu Super Shorty (6.5" barrel pump shotgun, folding foregrip, and no buttstock) are "Any Other Weapon". You might get into trouble if you deleted the buttstock and added the foregrip on a semi shotgun, though. Otherwise, I think you're good to go.

B bullfrog99 New member Nov 23, 2004 #6 Thanks. I'll check the BATF web or whatever for my state laws, just to make sure, but I think it will be a neat weapon
