Auto 5 trigger plate in a Remington Model 11?

Wondering for buttstock purpose if it's possible to fit a browning auto 5 trigger plate/ trigger assembly in a non-sportsman model Remington 11? Is it possible with some minor fitting? I know some parts are interchangeable and some aren't. Haven't been able to find anyone online that's actually tried it.

It's different enough that it would be quite a chore, but it could probably be done. Why not just get a A5 and use that instead?

I have 5 Remington Model 11s and one Remington Auto Loader from 1905, I do not have a Browning; but, if I needed a part for a Browning I would call Numeric Arms or drive over to Lee's Gun Parts in Irving, Tx. for a visit.

Well guns marked "Browning" are made in Belgium and all holes and screws are metric.

I believe all M-11s are made in the USA and have SAE holes and threads.

So I am betting it would not be fast or easy. It may not even be possible.

You'd have to have one of each in front of you and me able to take measurements.
