[Quantum Singularity]

The a$$hole who wrote AB273 withdrew it for fear Davis wouldn't sign it THIS YEAR. HE plans to re-submit it next year since Davis will sign it next year. That gives us time to write Davis and the assembly/senate and tell them of our disproval of this bill. It will be signed into law next year UNLESS WE DO SOMETHING!

My guess is that he is refering to your TFL name which might be connected to a game.

Davis does not want this passed now because he doesn't want voting gunnies to be riled. He assumes (correctly for the time being) that a sizeable number will forget by next election season and won't be as motivated to come out to vote. Gore likely doesn't want the heat either. Wouldn't want to lose California, after all.
