Although I am "trapped" in LaMaddalena, Italy for another year and a half, I used to go every year (since 91 or 92) and really miss it! Just type in USNST in a search engine and it will bring you to the US Navy Shooting Team page, it will explain everything you need to know and give you some excellent POCs as well, for further info.
