Astra Terminator 44 mag

Looking for feedback on this snubby. Anybody have one or fired one? I know they were put out by Lew Horton around 1986 and got good reviews in the gun rags back then.
 
Had exactly that one 'til last year. Truly, a HANDFUL. Neoprene grips, I believe. Was OK to shoot; but quickly tiresome.
Mine cracked the rear sight; no biggie cause it ain't a target gun.
Basically a duplicate N frame; heavy when loaded.
Recessed star; IIRC. Nice, but hardly all around useful.
