Astra Select-Fire model "F" wooden stock

I picked up a Mauser broomhandle and stock. It turns out the stock is for the Astra F series full and semi pistol. I've been told that the stock is quite scarce and much more valuable then a Mauser stock. However I still would like to get a correct stock for the Mauser. Anyone have a Mauser stock they would like to trade. The Mauser stock plus a cash difference for the "F" stock or just sell me an original Mauser stock. Also I might consider selling the "F" stock out right. Estimates I've received for the stock because they are quite scarce and there are not many still around are $1200-$2000. According to the serial number on the lug, it was mfg. in 1935 and was one of 950 destined to the institute for the Guardia Civil (Spanish Civil Guard). I would entertain any offers. Ray.

You're absolutely right about the Astra stocks being rare and I'm envious of yours. Unfortunately, my bank account isn't as big as my desire. Congratulations again on a great find. I only wish that it could find a home with me. Steve

i cant see the pic - curious difference betwen regular Schnellfeuer stock and Model F Astra one? I know what the Model F pistol itself does, but not aware the stock was any different.
