Hopefully it won't get to death penalty. Life in prison maybe, but seriously, what do you expect people to do when they're ordered to sit around and get shot? I don't know how to feel about this one. Good that there seems to be some level of accountability in the ranks (sometimes) yet aweful about everything else.
 
The accused soldiers' stories don't make any sense. They said they were given an order to kill all military age males, yet they tried to arrest them and got attacked. So the soldiers had to shoot them. Sounds like baloney to me...

Actually sounds like execution.

Considering the previous punishments for such acts, I'll bet my left kidney they won't get the death penalty. Probably won't get any jail time too.
 
Obviously lies generated by the leftist media who along with all liberals cheer and chortle whenever an American soldier dies.
