Are you VOTING? are your friends?

It's important now more than ever that we make sure everyone we know (at least the ones on our side) is registered to vote and plans to vote. They must understand the importance of what we are fighting for.

It's not just about hunting, sporting, self-defense, types of firearms or even violence. It's about LIFE, LIBERTY & the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS. If we wish to keep our LIBERTY, we must want it, and we must be able to DEFEND it.

Some may say that Bush is not what we would like, but this is not a perfect world. We must draw a line in the sand, and that line right now should be, NO MORE NEW REGULATIONS that restrict our rights to keep and bear arms. A lot of you will say that isn't far enough. Well, every journey starts with the first step.

Peace,
Keith

Hell yes, I'm voting. I'm working on my friends.

I have to be totally honest and make a confession here--my wife told me the other day that she didn't need to change her voter registration, because she didn't plan on voting. Then she told me it was because she thought I had told her that her vote wouldn't count! I don't know where she got that, but I sat her down and explained that her vote DID count and she didn't have to vote my way or even tell me who she voted for but I'd be pretty disappointed if she didn't vote. It just never occurred to me from talking to her for over four years that she would do such a thing.

I think we're all straight now.

damn straight I'm voting. This will be my first election (I'm 19). I live in Texas, so all of my friends are saying, "Well Bush is going to win anyways, so there's no point for me to vote!" I tell them, "So what if Bush wins Texas for sure; do it to honor the memory of all the veterans who bled for our freedom!"

I will be voting and if my wife wants to live she will be voting too. Her siter and brother-inlaw who live in new york will be voting too. He said he is voting for gore, but against hillary. I have been trying to talkhim out of it. Hey one out of twoo aint bad, but I will be hounding him.

"We are fast approaching the stage of the ultimate inversion: the stage where the government is free to do anything it pleases, while the citizens may act only by permission; which is the stage of the darkest periods of human history, the stage of rule by brute force."

I've already voted twice this year - once in the primary and once in the primary run-off. Would have preferred to have voted more than once in each, but that sort of thing is frowned upon ;) .

And yes, I'll be voting again in November.

Me to! Vote or register and/or lose your guns.....

government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of
taking care of them.

My Brother, who is 37, has never voted or been registered in his life. He is voting for the first time in Nov.

My Wife voted for the first time in years just at the recent primaries.

I've always voted since I was 18 and had to sign up for selective service. I will be 40 :p next month.

I will attempt to perseude as many as I can to vote for the canidate of their choice. Thought I will choose GWB.
