A dealer tells me that the Henry Lever Action .22 is the same model rifle as the Ithaca Model 72 Saddle Gun I owned about 10 years ago (that I foolishly traded!) He says the manufacturer is the same, which I question because the Ithaca was made in what was then West Germany, and I believe the Henry is all American. Does he mean the design is the same, or that the manufacturer is the same? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are these the same rifle?
