Are there problems with using moly coated bullets

I made a great score on a large amount of 222 ammo (about 500 rounds for $180). About 120-150 are moly coated. I would like the straight scoop on whether or not they are worth using when using regular jacked bullets. Is it harmful to the barrel to use both? Any input would be appreciated.
 
I am not a moly shooter but from what I have read...

Don't flip-flop between moly coated and plain.
I would shoot up the moly, clean thoroughly, then go over to plain and stay there.
