Are the grips on Ruger Single six and Vaquero interchangeable?

I have been looking to put some custom wooden wood grips on my Ruger Single Six and am wondering is the grips made for a Ruger Vaquero would fit? Thanks!

As long as it's the original large frame Vaquero (1993-2005) and not the post-2005 New Vaquero. As long as the Single Six was not made from 1953-1962 and is not a short frame, fixed sight .32H&R. Besides the obvious differences like Bisley and birdshead models.
