Assualt rifles are banned in Kalifornia. I heard that some handguns might be banned in Kalifornia in 2001. Is this true? Which models are going to be banned?

What is the likelyhood that all firearms are going to be band in the God forsaken land of Kalifornia?

Should I buy a H&K 9mm now or is it a waste of time because the fcking government will take it?

If Kalifornia bans all guns then other states will follow? When do you think Kalifornia will ban all guns? 1,2,3 years from now?

Mag., Your liberal brethren have decided you don't need no dangerous guns as peace will prevail through Democratic leadership.
Based on that you should probably get what you can when you can and then forget about what you did.

Magnum Force...

The government will take your guns ONLY if you LET them.

Just because some senator or govener passes a law in California dose'nt make it legal escpecially if it conflicts with the US Constitution.

IF they pass an illegal law and try to enforce it, you'll just have to shoot the SOB's that are illegally enforcing the law.

A legal gun like a USP is expensive.

An illegal gun, such as that same USP, is priceless. It is your life insurance against the goblins who declared it illegal in the first place.

No ban, yet.
The new law is licensing (~$30) and registration(~$35-50 per handgun)..bi-yearly renewal. Plus, a "recognized safety course" certificate.

In short, very much like your car...you're required to have a licence to drive and registration for each vehicle. Thus, if you have many handguns, its gonna be damned expensive....and they'll have a list of everything you have

I was under the impression that certain Beretta models were submitted for testing and were approved recently... like 10 days back...

I'll look for the link...

Slice by slice. Assault weapons, rifles w/barrels longer than XXX inches, semiauto non-safe by gummit standards anything, .......
We'll wake up one day and they will be registering our garden tools and demanding they be safe with plastic blades and forks.
Oh sure only in Kalli and a select few other Republics now.
