AR15 Registration in Cali? Help!

I'm not sure what the current SB23 situation is so I hope you guys will help me out.

I bought 2 lower receivers last year. (Just stripped lowers, not even buttstock or magazines)

Do I still have to register them? I don't have uppers to complete them. So what does the law say about that?

If I don't register them, does that mean that I can't register them later on, or what is the deal?

These laws are to the point where nobody can obey them. The only thing this hurts are the law abiding citizens... Congress is SOOO stupid, you reading this you stupid law makers???

I believe all AR rifles and receivers, regardless of features, have to be registered under the 1989 Roberti-Roos Act. Since it was declared constitutional by the CA Supreme Ct, the DOJ has been working overtime trying to get everything.

Do not register them. I wouldn't register them. I would buy the uppers and mags. And keep them safe. Registration leads to confiscation. Remember that my friend. I do not have AR's. But every tool that I own or have owned, will be considered dangerous and will be ban very soon.

"And after an hour of the ban they'll will be bloodshed in the homes and streets". EDA

"They may kill me, but there will always be more like me". -EDA

They told me,"throw down your guns, return to the earth...HAH! time enough for the earth in the grave". -EDA

"Giving up is not in my vocabulary". -EDA

"Do not fear the governments, that fears you". -EDA

twoblink - You may want to pay a visit to http://www.regagun.org/

The site attempts to explain all of the registration crap-ola. To call the entire set of nonsense 'confusing' is an understatement.

(Also deep in the occupied territory and chomping at the bit to leave... and take my tax dollars with me)

I had read somewhere that if I have a rimfire upper, that then I don't have to register it, so you guys are telling me that this is not true anymore?

I deal in cryptography, and we calculate most everything in 2^(some power) of time it takes to decipher something.

The gun laws in Kalifornia, the runtime on deciphering that is looking like somewhere close to 2^128...

The thing I fear is, I register them, and they come and confiscate them. Even if the law is repealed later (unlikely, because the Democrats keep breeding mindless kids, and those who can think on their own, they deal with the brainwashing via public education) they will still have information about me.

Get this, these people have no shame. They want a right thumbprint, and $20!!! First they want me to register it, then a thumb print, now they want money too!!!

Hmm, If I call for a march on Sacramento, would any of you join me???
