AR15 flash suppressor

Just got a Phantom flash suppressor, but the bottom wont line up with one crush washer, but will with two. Will this effect anything, or do I need to have the barrel threads turned one or more turns?

Shouldn't. As long as they line up and they are tight I don't see any reason to be worried.
