Okay I know moe is for magpul original equipment. But is their a difference in the bushmaster Moe m4 and the s&w moe MP15? Also I thought I read that the s&w was rebranded. Is this true?

MOE is Magpul's OE replacement line, if two different rifles have MOE stuff on them, the hardware should be identical, the rifles themselves may or may not be different (and if you are talking two different manufacturers, I would say that's a given.)

I don't know what you are asking about the S&W being rebranded... Bushmaster actually belongs to the parent company of Remington, S&W is S&W.

That I don't know; on the surface it wouldn't make sense, but in reality you never know. I'm sure someone will be along that knows for sure.
