Ar Flashhiders,comps Which Is Which?

I bought these flashhiders back at the last gun show but, I cannot remember which washer goes with each one.

My guess is:
The 3 pronged one doesnt need it.
The full birdcage needs the lock washer.
And the one in the middle needs the crush washer so it can be indexed.

By the way these are going on ruger 10/22 barrels[ bullpup conversions ]

8 bucks a piece with washers.

Can anyone help me with which goes with which or if I have the right washers for each hiders?

Personally, I'd figure they all need one. Not only is that for indexing but the lock washer will help keep them from loosening up.
But it probably came with the 2nd and 3rd ones.
