AR Fixed front site. Can this be fixed?

I'm honestly not at all sure how this happened. I haven't taken the 14.5 out and shot it in a very long time. It's been in my room in my storm case or on my desk resting on my gun vise. Going to have a talk with my younger brother.
Is there a replacement piece for this part of the site, or am i looking at getting a whole new fixed front site, which would be a royal pain in the @$$.

You can replace the post, no need to worry about the gas block. $10 max. Just rotate the post counterclockwise until it comes off!
