Other than standard pin punches, you will need an AR armorers wrench for the barrel nut. And you really should have the clamshell receiver blocks to hold it properly in a vise. A simple job if you have the right tools. I took a 2-day armorers class and invested in the tools so I could work on these rifles correctly. I didn't want to be one of the WECSOG guys.
If the rifle was in my shop here, I'd do the conversion for $35 labor. I do have A3 uppers in stock too.............
