AR-15 Optic Magnifier WHAT IS THIS?

Ok so I acquired this in a trade and threw is in a box with all my other AR stuff that i'll never use. Please see pics. It's made my Wilcox. On the top it says Rambo 5x. On the mount it says:

P/N 13600G01
Cage 004F1

I ask because as I was looking for something else and picked this back up and realized it is EXTREMELY well made. The 5x is flawless and rivals some of my glass that thousands of dollars.

Can you guys help me out? Never heard of Wilcox and not much has come up from online searches.

I hate how expensive magnifiers are. It's ridiculous. Just buy a Primary Arms version for ~$30 and call it good.
