AR-15 accessory mounting hardware?

I have a Bushmaster XM-15 M4 Type on order. It should arrive in a couple weeks. I have a laser and a flashlight ready to install, but I don't have any mounting hardware. All I want is simple universal shotgun/rifle barrel mounting hardware.

I can't seem to find just the hardware on the internet. It seems to only be available in kits including the laser or flashlight.

Does anyone know where I can find something like this for a reasonable price?
