The other is a Valquarzen 22/45 their frame, barrel etc. completely all their parts. This one is in mint condition.
The asking price on the Smith is 580.00 and the asking price of the 22/45 is 1500.00 including a mounted red dot.

Approximately what is a decent price for each ?

I think the ask on the Model 14 is okay.
I think the ask on the Ruger is ludicrous.

What's the second gun you're asking about? I know of Volquartsen parts and mods for the Ruger 22/45 ... but that's a semi-automatic. What is a Valquarzen 22/45 revolver?

Do you have some type of verification it's a Clark custom gun? What modifications were made? It's probably a reasonable price if your looking for that exact type of gun.

$1500 for a 22/45 revolver. Something is very wrong with this statement....

Let's give the op a break on the Volquartsen 22/45.

My personal opinion is that they (Volquartsen) do great work but for me you reach the law of diminishing returns after you get to this point:

I'd take the Clark custom 38Spl in a heartbeat at that price in VG condition.

As far as that Volquartsen 22LR goes, the price is (IMHO)WAY out of line. All that bling won't make it much more accurate than a stock Ruger 22/45 or Mk III with about $100 of Volquartsen action parts from Midway. Figure you'd have about $625.00 all in, and it would still clean an NRA bullseye target. The rest of the difference you can chalk up to looks.
