AOW Shotgun

Does anyone know the steps in order to buy a AOW shotgun in Georgia. My record is spotless. The gun I am considering buying is this one here:

I collect guns and this gun will probally rarely, if ever, be fired. I know it would be quite painful to fire, but I still want it to add to my collection.

A shotgun that short is insane, but it looks really cool. If you're not gonna fire it, I say go for it. It would make a great addition to any collection.

Has anyone tried to get a Chief LEO to sign the paper allowing them to get a AOW shotgun? I can just see it now. I walk in to the Sheriff's office, tell him I am requesting that he sign my NFA/ATF forms for a AOW shotgun and he laughs in my face. Anyone in Georgia know of any Chief LEOs that willl sign the forms?

Also, if I ever tried to get a job in Federal Law Enforcement would owning a weapon of this type have a negative effect on me getting hired?
