Mike,
Mr. Hansen is one of three former employees of AOL that were fired in Idaho. This happened after someone saw them transferring some firearms from one car to another in the parking lot of the building that AOL leases and where they worked.

The three were going to carpool to a range for a shooting session and got ratted out by whomever saw them. Soon thereafter they were fired for violating AOL's "No firearms in the workplace" policy.

Now apparently they all have CCW permits and their states CCW law specifically states that you can't ban legal CCW carriers from being armed unless your facility is made a "secure" facility which involves having at least one armed security officer on the premises. The AOL facility is anything but "Secure", so In other words it's doubtful that their firing was legal and legal proceedings have been started against AOL.

I hope AOL gets it high and hard from the courts.
