.....Have the surefire front forgrips for a 590 or anyother shotgun? Imo It looks to be the best for a light but the darn thing cost $300+. I would love to put a light on my gun but i dont want wires or clips hanging of the front. Also with a 590 I guess a smith will have and grind off the bayonet lug?
 
I'm not sure about the swivel/lug clearance with a Surefire on your 590. The LED version is a little shorter (and more $$). Perhaps you should contact the Surefire folks directly, you can't be the first one with this question.
