Anyone use USAAMMO.COM

USAAMMO

I have ordered 9mm ammo from them a few months ago and received it within the 1 to 3 weeks they say takes for delivery. I've had no problems with the ammo I shoot with my Springfield XDM. I have just put in another order for more 9mm.

They have an interesting website with cool pictures, Ill give em that.

Never even heard of them though. Maybe Ill purchase some 9mm and try it out.

Edit: They have awesome tshirt designs. Def ordering from them soon.

I have shot cases of 40 through my Todd Jarret 1911, and 223 my Rockriver loves it. There is a good review on the Texas Hunting Forum by Texas Tactical, and good prices. I teach a handgun class every Friday for 2 hours so it doesnt take long to know your ammo.

Prices seem just right; not bad for brass boxer-primed stuff really. I grabbed a case just for the hell of it (which means it'll be on backorder soon, if past experience proves right).

The calendar seemed rather tacky. I wonder which Houston strip club I can go to and meet the "models" in person.

The indoor range I use has this ammo. I fired 2 boxes of it (9mm) and it worked without a flaw. The range sells it for $36/box so that was the first and last time I used it.

I placed an order with them on December 3rd, and they charged my credit card shortly thereafter. When I checked their web site on the 12th, they still had not shipped the order. I sent them an e-mail and was told they'd run of of the camouflage boxes!

Then they said that they shipped the order and provided a UPS tracking number. OTOH, the UPS site stated that they'd received billing info only, not actual product. After a second e-mail threatening to dispute the credit charges, they finally shipped.

It is now December 20th, and supposedly I'll receive the shipment on the 21st, assuming that UPS can deliver despite the nearly two-foot snowfall we've just received in this area.

Bottom line - unless their ammo is very special, I do not think I'll be ordering from them again.

Oh, great site if you only shoot military calibers in rifle and pistol. Or I should add, U.S. calibers.

Sorry, not impressed. When I buy ammo I usually stock up on pistol and revolver ammo. When I buy rifle ammo, there's a .30-06 to feed and a 30-30 too. These guys are too focused on semi's to rate more than a footnote in my list of ammo suppliers. I see no need to pay extra for freight just to patronize a 25% solution to my needs.

Ammunition to go has a much better selection and is prompt in their shipping too.
